Spider-Man: No Way Home is MTV Movie & TV Awards ‘Best Movie’: See Full List of Winners

Results are in. The winners of this year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards were finally revealed in a live show hosted by Vanessa Hudgens.

In the three-hour broadcast of the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted, the ultimate favorite shows, stars, and films of fans from all over the world were highlighted in the ceremony held at Los Angeles’ Barker Hangar. Hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and Tayshia Adams, the event recognized the winners of the 26 gender-neutral categories which included the Best Movie, Best Show, Best Performance in a Movie, and so forth – with additional categories like Best Song, Best Reality Return, Best Music Documentary, Best Reality Romance, and Best Reality Star.

Spider-Man: No Way Home, which garnered seven nods during the nomination, was awarded as the Best Movie of 2022 with Tom Holland bringing home the Best Performance in a Movie Award, as well. On the other hand, Euphoria received four awards during the ceremony, including the most sought-after Best Show Award. A special award was also given to Jennifer Lopez, the Generation Award, to celebrate her contribution to both film and television.

The MTV Movie& TV Awards began in 1992. From the original MTV Movie Awards, it was renamed on its 26th edition in 2017 to recognize the work done in television as well. Here is the complete list of nominees and winners for the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
